3 ingredient Oreo Icebox cake, the easiest dessert ever!
You know what I love about this cake? It’s made of Oreos and cream! And you know what else? It’s extremely easy to make! And requires no cooking or baking at all.
So last Saturday me and my girl-friends had a girls night in, I decided to make this cake for them. Everyone loved this cake, and asked me for the recipe. So I decided to share it on the blog.
This recipe also reminds me of my childhood, my Mum always made cakes with the same concept, no-bake cookies and cream desserts! Easy, quick, and the taste is to die for!
HOW TO MAKE OREO ICE BOX CAKE
You need 3 ingredients to make this cake: a big pack of Oreos, whipped cream, and some milk. You start by dipping each Oreo in milk, not a full soak, just quickly dip, then lay them flat on a plate/cake stand/pan, once you have the first layer ready, layer with whipped cream nicely. Repeat this process at least 2-3 times but it depends on how many layers you want. Crumble some Oreos to decorate the top. You can also decorate with slices of strawberries as they can add a lot to the flavor.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, but overnight is even better! This is the most difficult part having to wait for it!
