Complete list of ingredients and amounts can be found in the recipe card below.

How To Make Oreo Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°C/180°C, and lightly grease a 9×9 inch baking pan (22x22cm).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oil with sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk again until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt).
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined. Do not overmix the batter.
  5. Gently fold in ¾ of the crushed Oreo cookies, and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Sprinkle the rest of the Oreos over the top of the brownies.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the center of the brownies.

  1. Cool completely before slicing. Slice into squares, and serve.

Tip!

Don’t Overmix the Batter: When combining your wet and dry ingredients, be careful not to overmix. Overmixing can lead to tough brownies. You want to mix just until the flour is incorporated.
