My mother and grandmother are from Russia, and many of these recipes came directly from them or are my own spin on those traditional recipes. You're sure to find something interesting and traditionally Russian to make here. Some of my favorites are Russian Cinnamon Buns (Plushki), Russian Borscht Soup that’s bright red from fresh beets, and of course, Beef Stroganoff.
