Why You’ll Love This Recipe
- Quick & Easy – You only need a few simple ingredients and just 15 minutes of your time to make this delicious strawberry tea!
- Customizable – Love the flavor of strong tea? Add more tea! Want it sweeter? Add an extra fourth cup of sugar.
- Refreshing – This iced strawberry tea will sure drench anyone’s thirst on a hot summer day!
Ingredients In Recipe
- Fresh strawberries – hull fresh strawberries and blend them in a food processor. You can also use a fine mesh strainer to get rid of the seeds if you like. I recommend using fresh strawberries to make this iced tea, but frozen strawberries work in a pinch! Just make sure to thaw the strawberries before pureeing them.
- Tea bags – Just like my mother always made this drink, I add tea bags of pure black tea. Have a tea that you like more? Use that!
- Sugar – Plain granulated sugar to sweeten your iced tea.
- Lemon – So the lemon juice is totally optional, but I love the tanginess in my iced tea. I think it balances the sweetness very well, so I strongly recommend adding lemon juice to your iced tea.
- Water.

Tips For Making The Best Iced Strawberry Tea
