Carrot coriander soup is a healthy vegan soup made with 4 ingredients only, and contains as little as 87 kcal per serving!
I’ve been trying to eat as healthy as I can, because I think that our food have a great impact on defining who we are today. If we eat healthy, we feel better and our spirits are high. But if we eat lots of processed, sugary and fatty foods, it drags our moods to the bottom, we gain weight and sometimes even start having healthy issues.

I love soups and this one is palatable! I will have to prepare it soon!
This is going on my dinner menu this week. We always have carrots in abundance and my husband LOVES cilantro. The Redmond Multicooker sounds nifty – I wish I had one!
I eat a ton of soups also, it’s such a great way to get tons of nutrition, but at the same time filling and delicious. The multi cooker looks like a great tool to make dinner time even easier!!
You can’t beat a good carrot and coriander soup. My recipe is very like yours but I like fresh ginger in mine too.
My family adores vegetable soups like this one. And it looks so beautiful and healthy! Definitely on my list to make 🙂
This recipe looks incredibly tasty, you know, lately I was wondering whether to but a multicooker or not and now I am starting seriously thinking I’ll do it in the end! 🙂
This looks Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!! YUM!
We have a multicooker, but I’ve only ever used it for rice; I need to make this soup though as it’s beautiful! Homemade soup is just so comforting and perfect for the end of a busy day!
This soup looks so comforting. And this multi-cooker sounds amazing! I recently purchased an Instant Pot. I’m ALL ABOUT kitchen gadgets.
I love soup even in the summer. Cream soups are my favorites 🙂 This one looks really good!
Less than 90 calories a serving for such a thick, creamy and rich looking soup? That’s amazing!
