Collage of six family-friendly dinners including creamy pasta bake, zucchini boats, spaghetti with meat sauce, skillet chicken, and cheesy lasagna, with a headline that reads “12 Back-to-School Dinners You’ll Actually Make.”

School nights are busy, so dinner needs to work around homework, activities, and everything else happening at the end of the day. These 12 back-to-school dinners include quick skillet and air fryer meals, easy casseroles, one-pot recipes, and slow cooker dinners for days when you want to get dinner started early.

I love all your recipes. I love quick easy one pot meals. I have one for you “Hamburger Stroganoff “ same as making Beef Stroganoff but with hamburger, all in one pot. I make it a couple times a month. Freeze the leftovers for future meals.
