Most Thanksgiving tables have pumpkin pie plus one or two other desserts. Here are 30 of my Thanksgiving desserts to choose from, from pumpkin pie and pecan pie to sweet potato pie and an apple slab pie that feeds a crowd. The last section is all no bake desserts, which set in the fridge while the turkey has the oven.

Thanksgiving Desserts FAQ
How many desserts do you need for Thanksgiving?
For 8 to 10 people, two or three is plenty. Make pumpkin pie, one other pie, and something that isn’t a pie, like a cheesecake or a crisp.
Which Thanksgiving desserts can be made ahead?
Pecan pie keeps for up to 3 days, and the pecan pie bars can be made ahead too. The pumpkin cheesecake bars need a few hours to chill, so make them the night before. The pumpkin pudding keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days, and the pear crisp freezes well unbaked.
What dessert can I make without the oven?
Pick from the no bake section. Million dollar pie, no bake pumpkin pie, no bake peanut butter pie, and cranberry fluff salad all set in the fridge. The pumpkin pudding cooks on the stove in about 10 minutes.
Should I make my own pie crust?
Store bought crust works fine. If you want to make your own, my all butter pie crust takes four ingredients, and the guide to lattice a pie has step-by-step photos.
