Recipes from the Levant

I grew up in Jordan, cooking and eating the traditional dishes of the Levant. This region includes Jordan, Palestine, Syria, and Lebanon. The food is simple, flavorful, fresh, and made to share with family.

Many of these recipes have been passed down through generations in my family. You'll find cozy meals like mujadara, fresh salads like tabbouleh, and mezze favorites such as hummus and baba ganoush. These are the dishes I make at home and grew up eating, with flavors that are as familiar to me as they are loved across the Levant.
