To make the pancake mix: Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk the ingredients together until they are well combined.
Preheat your griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 3 tbsp – ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
