Turkey sliders

Warm and cheesy turkey sliders made from leftover turkey meat. They're bursting with flavor and so easy to make to feed a crowd! They're perfect to make on the day after Thanksgiving or Christmas, or on a game day!

Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 cups sliced turkey leftovers or specifically made to make these sliders
  • ½ cup gravy cranberry sauce or chutney.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds or nigella seeds, or poppy seeds.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 365f (180c).
  • Carefully slice the bread rolls, and place them in your oven-proof pan or sheet pan.
  • Top with shredded cooked turkey, gravy, and cranberry sauce.
  • Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, and decide whether you need to season with salt and pepper or not (this depends on the turkey that you're using and the gravy) top with the slider rolls.
  • Brush melted butter over the slider rolls, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, nigella seeds or poppy seeds.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve warm!
