Ingredients

  • 1 dragon fruit fresh or frozen
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 50 grams 1/2 cup berries frozen
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter

Toppings (optional)

  • fresh fruit
  • chia seeds
  • desiccated coconut
  • puffed quinoa
  • mint leaves
  • nut butter

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in your blender, and blitz until you get a creamy smoothie.
  • Garnish with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
