Easy to make Oatmeal Balls made with peanut butter, coconut, and chocolate chips are high in protein and delicious!
Oats - Peanut Butter - Coconut Raisins - Peanuts - Honey Choc Chips - Vanilla - Cinnamon
Add the oats, raisins, peanuts, and coconut to a food processor and pulse a few times, but not so much that the mixture is completely powdered. You should still have visible pieces of everything.
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until well combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips, cover, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
