Mash Bananas!

Mix the Wet Ingredients: melted butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, crushed pineapple and coconut.

Add the Dry Ingredients:  flour, baking soda, and salt.

Only stir the Hawaiian banana bread batter until it’s combined. Overmixing will make it dry and tough.

Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, then carefully pour the banana bread batter into it.

Bake in a preheated 350°F/180°C oven for 55-65 minutes.

Use a toothpick or a wooden skewer to test your loaf for doneness. When it’s ready, the toothpick will come out of the center clean or with just a few moist crumbs.
