This Bisquick Coffee Cake is perfect for a breakfast, brunch, or afternoon treat.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 9-inch square baking pan. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cake ingredients: Bisquick baking mix, milk, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.

Mix with a hand mixer until well mixed. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

In a separate bowl, prepare the topping by mixing together Bisquick mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
