Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and ½ cup of BBQ sauce.
Remove from the oven, flip the chicken and brush with the remaining BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
