Combine strawberries, blueberries, milk, yogurt, and cinnamon in a blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Taste the smoothie, if it’s too tart for you, add honey and blend again. Serve immediately.
- Serving Size: Each serving will be 12 ounces (350 ml), or 1 ½ cups.
- Vegan Options: Use your favorite non-dairy yogurt, and skip the honey. Maple syrup is also a delicious way to sweeten this drink.
- Add Other Fruit: A half (or whole) banana will make this smoothie thick, creamy, and extra sweet. You can also replace the strawberries or blueberries with blackberries or raspberries.
- Need more protein? Mix in a scoop of your favorite unflavored or vanilla flavored protein powder or collagen protein powder. Peanut butter or almond butter would also be delicious.
- Use a high-powered blender, like a Vitamix or a Ninja to make the creamiest, smoothest smoothies. If you're using a standard blender, you may need to stop and stir the mixture a few times by hand.
- To Store: Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours, or freeze for up to 3 months.
