Horseradish Sauce

This horseradish sauce is creamy, tangy, slightly spicy, and peppery. And it tastes much better than anything that you can buy from the store!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Collect the ingredients, chop up the chives, and dump everything in a bowl.
  • Stir until well combined, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.

Notes

  • Yield: This recipe makes about ¾ cup of sauce.
  • Storing: Homemade horseradish sauce will keep in the fridge in a sealed container or jar for up to 5 days. It all depends on how fresh the sour cream that you've used is.
