Instructions
Take out the flesh and deseed.
Collect the pulp then transfer to a food processor or mix very well in a bowl with the yogurt.
If using a food processor, pulse until soft and creamy.
Garnish with Saffron strands if using.
Chill or serve immediately.
Notes
For a vegan option, you can use cashew cream instead or plant-based yogurt.
