  • 1 custard apple
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp saffron


  • Take out the flesh and get rid off the seeds.
  • Collect the pulp then transfer to a food processor or mix very well in a bowl with the yogurt.
  • If using a food processor, pulse until soft and creamy.
  • Garnish with Saffron strands.
  • Chill or serve immediately.


For a vegan option, you can use cashew cream instead or plant-based yogurt.
