Equipment

  • Punch bowl

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cranberry pomegranate juice I used Ocrean Spray
  • 3 cups pineapple juice I used Dole brand
  • 8 cups lime flavored sparkling water 7up, Sprite, Sierra Mist. You can also use ginger ale like Canada Dry.
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla or almond extract
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • Cranberries or pomegranate arils
  • Mint sprigs
  • Ice cubes

Optional alcohol (choose one):

  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 2 cups champagne
  • 2 cups prosecco

Instructions

  • To a large punch bowl, a large pitcher, or a drink dispenser, add cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and soda. Then add the extract of choice and give the mixture a stir.
  • Add ice cubes, and top with sliced fruit, and herbs.
  • Serve immediately or within an hour to make sure that it does not go flat.

Notes

  • Use Chilled Ingredients. I always make sure to put all of the juices and soda in the fridge for at least a few hours before making this punch. This way, you'll be adding less ice and your punch won't be watered down.
  • Making Ahead. If you want to make this ahead, you can mix everything up except for the soda and the ice a few hours before your party.
