To a jar, add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Seal and shake until well combined.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. If it separates, seal the jar and shake or whisk the dressing until smooth.
- Greek yogurt can be replaced with non-dairy yogurt to make a vegan dressing. You can also use mayo or vegan mayo in place of yogurt if you'd like.
- Switch out the honey for agave nectar or maple syrup for a vegan option, or use your favorite sweetener.
- Other fresh or dried herbs can be added to this recipe. Try a half teaspoon of Italian Seasoning.
- The dressing will stay fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- If you don't have a mason jar, mix up the ingredients in a bowl using a whisk instead.
- This recipe makes about ¾ cups of balsamic dressing. That's 6 two-tablespoon servings, or enough to coat a family-sized salad.
- If you find that your dressing is too thick, simply add a splash of water to thin it out. If you want it to be thicker, add more yogurt.
