In a large bowl, combine the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper).

Whisk the dressing ingredients until well combined.

To the same bowl, add the diced chicken, celery, onion, cranberries, pecans, and chopped tarragon.
