This Stuffed Cabbage Soup is a full meal in one pot, and perfect for chilly nights!

In a large Dutch oven, heat olive oil, add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper and cook stirring it and breaking it apart with a wooden spoon until no longer pink. Drain fat if needed.

Add the onion, and cook for three minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Pour in the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Scrape up any bits stuck to the bottom of the pot with a wooden spoon. Then add the Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, uncooked white rice, and bay leaf to the pot.

Then add the chopped cabbage. Stir and bring to a simmer.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the cabbage is cooked to your liking. Remove the bay leaf.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
