Make the Dressing: In a small bowl or a jar with a lid, combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk or shake ot combine. Taste and adjust to your taste.

Put the chopped iceberg lettuce in a large salad bowl. Add the julienned turkey (or ham) and Swiss cheese to the bowl. Mix in the sliced tomatoes and green olives.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything together so it’s well mixed. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top and serve.
