Peel your mangoes and cut into cubes.
Place everything in a blender (mango cubes, yogurt and condensed milk) and blend until smooth.
Pour into your prepared dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Use fresh or frozen mangoes.
- I tested this recipe using Greek and plain/natural yogurt and it didn't seem to make a difference.
