  • 1 banana
  • 4 loquats pitted
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves lightly packed
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • In a jug of a blender, combine a banana with pitted loquats, spinach leaves, and liquid of choice.
  • Blend on high speed until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
  • Serve the smoothies in 2 glasses, and garnish with a sprinkle of chia seeds.
