Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen chicken wings flats and drumettes

Instructions

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Place the frozen chicken wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, and Air Fry for 15 minutes. Discard any liquid at the bottom of the basket if necessary, and flip the wings. Cook for 10 more minutes. Spray the wings with oil, and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Coat in your favorite wing sauce, or just sprinkle your favorite seasonings and serve.

Notes

  1. Don’t skip the cooking spray. Spraying the wings with cooking spray and allowing them that additional 5 minutes cooking time is what crisps up your wings.
  2. Add sauce in the last 5 minutes. If you like your sauce caramelized on your wings, you can add the sauce in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  3. Coat in seasonings before cooking. If you aren’t using a sauce, you can coat your chicken in your favorite seasonings for a flavorfully crisp wing.
