Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • The best way to combine and emulsify the salad dressing is using a small jar, add all of your ingredients, seal the jar and shake until you get a well combined dressing. If you don't have a jar, use a whisk and whisk vigorously in a bowl until very well combined.
