Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C), and set a rack in the middle position.
Line a tart pan or pie plate, with a single pie crust (if using frozen, thaw for 10 minutes).
Using a fork, poke holes into the bottom and sides of the crust and place in the oven to bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven, and set aside. Turn the oven down to 325°F (160°C).
While the crust is baking, in a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Be sure to have the egg yolks mixed well into the cream. Once mixed, stir in the seasonings, green onions, ham, and cheese, stirring to evenly distribute the ingredients.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust and place in the oven on the center rack.
Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until the eggs are set and do not jiggle in the center of the pie.
