These roasted frozen brussels sprouts will make your life easier! No chopping, trimming, or defrosting is required to make this simple and tasty side dish, and you will save a lot of time and money by following this method!
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, add the frozen Brussels sprouts over and scatter with a spatula. Roast for 15 minutes.
Take the sheet pan out of the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. With a spatula, give everything a quick stir.
Return to the oven and roast for 12-15 more minutes or until the brussels sprouts are golden brown and crunchy from the outside.
Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired.

Notes
If you like more flavor, then feel free to add your favorite seasonings, or any add-ons like maple syrup and bacon, garlic, Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar, or chili flakes.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container. I don't recommend freezing roasted Brussels sprouts as they will become mushy.
