Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (225g) frozen brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, add the frozen Brussels sprouts over and scatter with a spatula. Roast for 15 minutes.
  • Take the sheet pan out of the oven, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. With a spatula, give everything a quick stir.
  • Return to the oven and roast for 12-15 more minutes or until the brussels sprouts are golden brown and crunchy from the outside.
  • Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and sprinkle with grated parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • If you like more flavor, then feel free to add your favorite seasonings, or any add-ons like maple syrup and bacon, garlic, Italian seasoning, balsamic vinegar, or chili flakes.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container. I don't recommend freezing roasted Brussels sprouts as they will become mushy.
