- The difference between garlic granules and garlic powder is the texture. Garlic granules are coarse, but feel free to substitute with garlic powder if you don't have garlic granules available.
- **The ratio is 1:1:1 but feel free to adjust the ratio to your preference. My mother likes to add more salt and less black pepper, so she usually does 3:1:1 (3 parts is the salt) and that's why we always called it "seasoned salt".
