Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Classic PB+J sandwich with fresh strawerries

  • 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 3 slices wholegrain bread toasted
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 1.5oz (40g) fresh strawberries sliced


  • Spread the peanut butter spread evenly over 2 slices of toasted bread. Top 1 slice of bread with strawberry jam; cover with another slice of bread, peanut butter-side-up.
  • Top the peanut butter with strawberries, then the remaining slice of bread. Cut into halves or quarters. Serve immediately or wrap up to go.
