If you prefer crispy and roasted brussels sprouts, add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the Instant Pot, click on saute setting for 3 minutes. Cook the garlic for one minute, then add the brussels sprouts and cook for a couple of minutes until golden.Alternatively, add all of the ingredients to the Instant Pot. Cover with the lid, and seal.
Cook on manual - high pressure for 2 minutes.
Once the cooking is finished, do a quick release for the steam. Open the lid and serve.
If you decide to cut the brussels sprouts in half, then reduce the cooking time by 1 minute.If you cut the brussels sprouts in half, and then saute them. Pressure cook for 1 minute if you want them soft and tender, or 0 minutes if you prefer them al dente.
