Add all of the ingredients to the Instant Pot. Cover with the lid, and seal.
Cook on manual - high pressure for 1 minute.
Once the cooking is finished, do a quick release, remove the lid and serve.
Notes
This is a recipe for steamed brussels sprouts in the pressure cooker. If you prefer crispy Brussels sprouts, then I recommend that you roast them in the oven.
