Instant Pot Corn On The Cob

Easy and quick pressure cooker corn on the cob that is cooked in just 2 minutes! Try this method and you will never boil corn on the cob over the stovetop ever again! This corn makes a wonderful side dish that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 6 corn ears

Instructions

  • Place the trivet in the Instant Pot, and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pot.
  • Stack the ears of the corn over the trivet, close the lid and seal the steam release knob.
  • Set the Instant Pot on Manual Pressure on High for 2 minutes.
  • When the cooking is finished, do a quick release and serve immediately. 

Notes

For a 6-quart Instant Pot, 1 cup of water is enough. If you're using a larger 8-quart Instant Pot, then you will need 1.5-2 cups of water.
