Instant Pot Corn On The Cob
Easy and quick pressure cooker corn on the cob that is cooked in just 2 minutes! Try this method and you will never boil corn on the cob over the stovetop ever again! This corn makes a wonderful side dish that the whole family will love!

Instructions
Place the trivet in the Instant Pot, and add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pot.
Stack the ears of the corn over the trivet, close the lid and seal the steam release knob.
Set the Instant Pot on Manual Pressure on High for 2 minutes.
When the cooking is finished, do a quick release and serve immediately.
Notes
For a 6-quart Instant Pot, 1 cup of water is enough. If you're using a larger 8-quart Instant Pot, then you will need 1.5-2 cups of water.
