In a jug of a food processer, combine chickpeas with parsley, onion, garlic, flour, baking powder, lemon juice, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Blend until you get a coarse mixture.
The mixture will be sticky (add a little bit of flour if needed), divide into 4 patties, and shape them with your hands.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until browned.
Remove from the skillet onto a plate lined with paper towels. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings.

*You could fry these falafels, and freeze them. Store in a freezer suitable container for up to 1 month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F/180°C for 8-10 minutes or until the patties are warmed through.
