Classic Hummus
The original Middle Eastern classic hummus recipe.

Ingredients

(400g) can
chickpeas
drained and rinsed
▢

cloves
garlic
▢

tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil
▢

tablespoon
tahini
▢

tablespoon
lemon juice
▢

teaspoon
ground cumin
▢
½
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth. Gradually add a little bit of water to reach the desired consistency and texture.
Serve in a semi shallow dish, drizzle with olive oil and sumac.
