Creamy Cashew Milk
Homemade cashew milk is rich, creamy, nutritious, easy to make, vegan and requires no straining!

raw cashew nuts

Instructions
Soak cashew nuts in water for at least 2 hours in room temperature water, or for 15 minutes in very hot water.
In a blender, blend cashews with filtered water, sweetener of choice, and any other ingredients using.
Keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 days.

The water to nuts ratio is
4:1
, and that produces creamy milk similar to 2% whole milk. Feel free to adjust the ratio according to your taste.
