Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 2/3 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup natural greek yogurt
  • 1 cup all purpose wheat flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°c (356f) and grease a loaf pan with sunflower oil.
  • Combine all ingredients together and pour mixture into greased loaf pan. (you can add some chocolate chips if you like)
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing. Enjoy!
