Mango Mousse

Silky smooth 3 ingredient mango mousse. It's eggless and gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 2 large (2) mangoes ripe
  • 1 pound (450g) (2 cups) yogurt
  • 1 can (400g) (1 can) condensed milk sweetened

Instructions

  • Peel your mangoes and cut into cubes.
  • Place everything in a blender (mango cubes, yogurt and condensed milk) and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into your prepared dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen mangoes.
  • I tested this recipe using Greek and plain/natural yogurt and it didn't seem to make a difference.
