granulated sugar

Instructions
In a medium sized mixing bowl cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Add egg and mix, mix in lime zest and vanilla powder.
Mix in flour, baking soda, and baking powder, as well as the natural yogurt until just combined. Do not over mix.
Pour batter into a greased baking dish, and spread the batter really well.
Push the fig halves into the batter creating a pretty pattern.
Bake on 180c for 40 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
