Healthy Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground chicken
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your electric grill.
  • In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil and saute chopped onion and minced garlic.
  • In a large bowl combine the ground chicken with the sauteed onion and garlic.
  • Add the egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix very well and make 8 qual patties.
  • Grill using your electric grill.
