Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey or 1-2 pitted dates
  • 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender, process until smooth and serve immediately!
