In an airtight container add ground coffee, cardamom pods, and water using a 2:10 ratio (200g of coffee for 1 litre of filtered water)
Stir the mixture 10 times and after about 2 minutes all the coffee should float on the top.
Stir for another minute and seal the container. Leave it in the fridge for 16 hours.
Filter the cold brew coffee twice using a cafetiere, add sweetener of your choice, and serve with ice if desired.
