Cardamom Cold Brew Coffee

  • Ground coffee
  • Cardamom pods
  • water
  • Sweetener optional
  • Ice optional


  • In an airtight container add ground coffee, cardamom pods, and water using a 2:10 ratio (200g of coffee for 1 litre of filtered water)
  • Stir the mixture 10 times and after about 2 minutes all the coffee should float on the top.
  • Stir for another minute and seal the container. Leave it in the fridge for 16 hours.
  • Filter the cold brew coffee twice using a cafetiere, add sweetener of your choice, and serve with ice if desired.
