Mint Matcha Ice Cream
Creamy mint matcha ice cream that's so easy and quick to whip up.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp matcha
- 1/2 tsp fresh mint chopped
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar or honey
In a bowl whip the cream until fluffy, then add the matcha and the sugar (or honey), and mix well. Alternatively, blend all of the ingredients in a blender until well combined.
Transfer to a container, and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Serve with strawberries on the side.
