Quinoa Burgers

Ingredients

  • 200 grams kidney beans canned and drained
  • 120 grams quinoa cooked
  • 120 grams oats
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
  • a pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • lettuce leaves
  • 50 grams canned sweet corn
  • 4 burger bread buns

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. If mixture is too dry add 1tbsp of water.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Either grill or fry the patties with a little bit of oil.
  • To assemble the burger
