Russian Olivier Salad with Quail Eggs

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can sweet peas
  • 3 dill pickles diced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 apple diced
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 200 grams smoked turkey cubed
  • 10 hard-boiled quail eggs halved
  • 4 tbsp Heinz Seriously Good Mayonnaise
  • Salt & ground black pepper


  • Boil potatoes and carrots until soft. Let them cool down then slice into cubes.
  • Cook the quail eggs (put eggs in a little pot and cover with water, let them boil for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and keep the eggs in hot water for 3 more minutes. Drain then cover with cold water and leave for 5 minutes. Finally, peel the eggs and cut into halves).
  • In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix.
  • Chill and serve on spoons as canap├ęs.
