Apple Plum Galette
A delighting Autumn dessert. This apple plum galette is very easy to make, and it's really delicious.

Instructions
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add oil, yogurt, vinegar and mix together.
Knead the mixture and form an elastic dough ball.
Cover with a damp cloth, and let the dough sit for half an hour.
To make the filling: Cut the plums and apples, remove the seeds and cut into cubes, or slices. Add cinnamon and sugar and mix.
Lightly flour your work surface, and roll out the dough into a 2-3mm thick round disc.
Fold dough over and pinch to enclose filling.
Transfer to your baking sheet. Brush crust with egg wash and bake at 410°F/210°C for 30 minutes.
Notes
Store covered in plastic in the fridge for up to 3 days.
