Ginger Beer Ice Cream Float

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Hollows & Fentimans spiced ginger beer
  • 1 tbsp rum optional
  • 1/3 cup whipped cream
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  • Add ice cream scoops to a glass.
  • Pour rum over ice cream, then top with ginger beer.
  • Add some whipped cream, and top with a maraschino cherry.
