Turkey Seasoning

Turkey Seasoning gives the perfect amount of flavor to your Thanksgiving bird. Turkey dry rub is simple to make by blending dried herbs, spices, sugar, and salt.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt or 1 tablespoon table salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients in a bowl, stir until well combined.
  • Rub the seasoning all over the turkey, and cook according to your recipe.
  • Or store sealed for up to 2 months.
