In a jar combine the vinaigrette ingredients, seal, and shake until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the salad greens with sliced onion, and toss gently to combine.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss again.
It is recommended that you dress the salad right before serving to avoid the salad mix from getting soggy.
