Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chickpeas in the Air Fryer basket, and cook for 10 minutes shaking halfway through.
  • The chickpeas are done when they’re crunchy and no longer moist.
  • Allow to cool, and eat at room temperature.

Notes

  • If you're using canned chickpeas, then drain them well for crunchier chickpeas. You can rinse them if you like, use a colander to do that.
  • Shake the Air Fryer basket every 5 minutes.
  • The longer you cook the chickpeas for, the crunchier they will be but be careful not to burn them.
  • Feel free to change things up a little, and add different seasonings such as sweet paprika, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, etc.
